Given the Ministerial Decree of 23 May 2008 on "Delegation of

Considering the spread of the phenomenon of killing of animals
through the use of poisoned baits in both
urban and suburban as well as 'the most powerful' frequent deaths among the
wildlife through ingestion of toxic substances
voluntarily abandoned in the environment, resulting in significant damage to
wild fauna and in particular to the species in

Given that the presence of poisons and toxic substances on
territory, particularly in the form of bait or chunks,
represents a serious risk to human populations and
the environment, both directly, in particular children, who
indirectly through environmental contamination,
Order:
Article 1.
Purpose '
1. The presence in the environment of bites and poison baits containing
or harmful substances is a serious health risk
humans, animals and the environment.
2. For the protection of public health, protection and

Article 2.

Article 3.

Article 4.

Article 5.
